When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. When you email or WhatsApp us, we process the details you choose to share. Our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) in server logs for security purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. The site stores a single technical preference in your browser (your chosen language) which is not transmitted to us.
To answer your enquiry, to manage our commercial relationship with distributors, operators and partners, to keep the site secure, and to comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent (contact form), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the site, and, where a contract follows, its performance.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States); form submissions are stored on Netlify’s infrastructure and forwarded to us by email. Our email is hosted by our professional email provider. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not sell personal data and only share it with service providers bound by appropriate contractual safeguards, or where required by law. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless a business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
